Fritz Wentzell

Fritz Wentzell (born April 29, 1899 in Kassel ; † April 1, 1948 in Bad Nauheim ) was a German officer , most recently lieutenant general in World War II . Wentzell served as an officer in the First World War . In the Wehrmacht he led in the Second World War, among other things, as Chief of the General Staff in the 10th Army .

He married Elisabeth Theodora Irmgard on April 25, 1931 in Falkenberg (* June 20, 1909; † February 2, 2003).
