The Football League District Berlin 1984/85 was the 33rd season of the conducted by the District Committee of Experts (BFA) Soccer Berlin (East) Football League District Berlin .
The BSG KWO Berlin became district champion for the second time after 1979 and qualified for the promotion round to the GDR league . In this they just missed promotion due to the poorer goal difference as third of season 1.
Sparta Berlin , Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe and Sportfreunde Johannisthal descended into the subordinate district class. In return, unit Pankow and Pneumant Schmöckwitz rose to the following season after a year-long absence .
