The Fulgenbach , partly also Bollhagener Fließ, is a small brook in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania that flows into the Baltic Sea . It rises west of Bad Doberan and flows from there in a relatively straight line mainly through grassland to the northwest, until after the confluence of the Wittbeck and the Cubanze it flows into the Baltic Sea a good eight kilometers later in the new marina of Kühlungsborn . In the upper reaches of the Fulgenbach receives about half of the water from the Bollhäger Fließ by means of a distribution structure.

In recent years, extensive renaturation work has been carried out on the Fulgenbach, which is heavily influenced by tourism and agriculture. The main goals are to improve the water and bank structure and to restore ecological continuity .
