Furioso (artist)

Furioso (civil: Roland Ott ; born February 15, 1962 in Feldkirch ; † June 14, 2013 ) was an Austrian draftsman and installation artist.

Life

Furioso was self-taught as a visual artist . From 1977 to 1991 he worked as a confectioner and completed his professional training as a master confectioner in 1985 with distinction. Since 1984 he has intensified his part-time work as a draftsman. On January 1st, 1992, he finished his work as a master confectioner and began to work as an artist under the stage name Furioso . The professional association of visual artists in Vorarlberg recognized him in 2005 as a professional member.

Furioso passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2013.
