Gábor Domonyik (born March 30, 1976 ) is a former Hungarian orienteer . Domonyik was three times junior world champion in orienteering.

Domonyik took part in his first Junior World Championships at the age of 16. Two years later he won the bronze medal with the Hungarian team at the Junior World Championships in Poland. In 1995 in Denmark he was runner-up in the junior world championship on the short and long distance and won silver in the relay with Kolos Vajda and Lajos Sarecz . At the Junior World Championships in 1996 he defended his title on the short distance, on the long distance he was ninth. Gábor Domonyik was meanwhile also part of the Hungarian national team for adults and started since 1995 at the world championships for active athletes. However, he was denied major successes in the following years. Only in 2002 did he attract attention again with a seventh place in the sprint at the European Championships in Sümeg, Hungary . He also placed relatively well in some World Cup races this year and finished ninth in the 2002 final class. After 2003 Domonyik was no longer considered for international championships. Only in 2008 and 2009 did he start again in a European and a world championship. After the World Championships in Hungary in 2009, he ended his career.

Domonyik took part in the Junior World Championships in cross-country running in 1995 and took 95th place in the individual competition and 22nd place with the Hungarian team.
