The former guest house of Villa Pellet in Kempfenhausen , a district of the municipality of Berg in the Upper Bavarian district of Starnberg , was built in 1907. The guesthouse of Villa pellet at the Munich street 57 is a protected monument .

The so-called small villa or director's house is a one- story cripple hipped roof building with arbors and gable risalit in the Baroque style of the homeland .

The building is now part of the Kempfenhausen Landschulheim .
