The Göksu ( Turkish for "blue water") is a right tributary of the Euphrates in the southeast Turkish provinces of Kahramanmaraş and Adıyaman .

The Göksu rises on the northern flank of the Engizek Dağı in the province of Kahramanmaraş. It flows in a predominantly easterly direction into the province of Adıyaman. It passes Düzbağ and flows north past Gölbaşı . In the lower reaches it gradually turns south. About 8 km above the confluence with the Euphrates, the river is dammed by the Burç-Bendi dam .
