The Göksun Çayı is a right tributary of the Ceyhan in the southern Turkish province of Kahramanmaraş .

The Göksun Çayı rises in the Binboğa Dağları , a mountain range of the Tahtalı Mountains ( Central Taurus ). It flows in the upper reaches as Kömürsuyu in a southerly direction to Göksun . There it unites with the Terderek and turns to the northeast. After a further 20 km, the river is dammed by the Adatepe Dam . The Göksun Çayı finally flows 15 km west of Elbistan into the Ceyhan, which flows south. The Göksun Çayı has a length of 115 km.
