Günter Simon (politician)

Günter Simon (born December 6, 1940 in Gießen ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

After graduating from high school, Simon studied law and graduated with the first state examination in 1964, the second state examination in 1968 and a doctorate in 1969. Jur. From. From 1972 to 1976 he was mayor of Egelsbach and from 1976 to 1982 first full-time district councilor in the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district. From December 1, 1982 to April 4, 1995 he was a member of the Hessian state parliament for four electoral terms.
