This is based on including the employees of a company as a human factor and coalition partner in business considerations. Based on these considerations, Schanz published a number of publications on theories of motivation and needs, models for the humanization of the working world , profit sharing ( incentive systems ) and participation-oriented leadership styles . Schanz thus understands business administration as a social science .
