The G-Elit-precision tool-GmbH , a company of Guhring group from Baden-Wuerttemberg , is a Berlin manufacturer and worldwide supplier of precision tools, which also serves as a central tool storage for the Guhring group.
history
The company was founded in 1964 in Berlin-Reinickendorf founded in Lengeder road and began the following year with the production of twist drills and machines.
In 1983 the production rooms were expanded to a floor space of 8,500 m². In 1988, the development and production of hard metals was introduced at another location in Lübarser Strasse in Berlin-Reinickendorf. The research area was expanded in 1989 by a department for the development of coatings and coating systems.
The company has been working with the mosaic workshops for the disabled since 1985. Jörg Gühring, CEO of Gühring KG, the parent company, was awarded the Cross of Merit on the ribbon of the Order of Merit in 2000 for the integration of disabled people .
Product range
