Global Alliance for Banking on Values

The Global Alliance for Banking on Values ( GABV ) is an independent network of banks in the field of sustainable banking (also known as social , ethical , green or sustainable banking ).

The organization consists of 54 banks that have set themselves the goal of supporting social, ecological and cultural projects in terms of sustainability .

history

The network was launched in March 2009 by the Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC) from Bangladesh, the US ShoreBank and the Dutch Triodos and founded with other banks.
