Gabe Ferguson (born April 16, 1999 in Indianapolis ) is an American snowboarder . He starts in the freestyle disciplines.
Career
Ferguson has been participating in the Ticket to Ride World Snowboard Tour competitions since 2010 . He achieved his first podium finishes in March 2012 with second place on the halfpipe at the US Junior Open in Stratton Mountain and second place in March 2013 at the US Revolution Tour in Sun Valley . At the Winter X Games 2014 in Aspen , he took 12th place in the halfpipe competition. In March 2014, he finished sixth on the halfpipe at the Burton US Open in Vail . At the beginning of the 2014/15 season he made his debut in the Snowboard World Cup in Copper Mountain and came 26th in the halfpipe competition. In the further course of the season he won the US Revolution Tour in Copper Mountain and finished eighth in the 2015 Winter X Games in Aspen . In January 2016, he came third in the halfpipe competition at the US Snowboarding Grand Prix and FIS World Cup races in Mammoth . He came fifth at the Winter X Games 2016 and 19th at the X Games Oslo 2016 .
