Gabriele Marchesi
Gabriele Marchesi (born September 16, 1953 in Incisa in Val d'Arno , Province of Florence , Italy ) is an Italian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Floresta .
Life
Gabriele Marchesi was ordained a priest for the diocese of Fiesole on July 6, 1978 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him bishop of Floresta on February 21, 2013. He received his episcopal ordination on May 18th of the same year by the Bishop of Viana , Sebastião Lima Duarte ; Co- consecrators were Gastone Simoni , bishop emeritus of Prato , and Xavier Gilles de Maupeou d'Ableiges , former bishop of Viana.
