Gabriella Pession (born November 2, 1977 in Daytona Beach , Florida ) is an Italian actress . In Germany, Pession is best known for her role as Eva Vittoria in the Crossing Lines series .

Life

Gabriella Pession lived in the United States until she was seven . She then moved to Italy with her family . In addition to her school education, she trained with the Italian ice skating team and took part in numerous international competitions. She also had some ballet courses at the Kirov Theater (today: Mariinsky Theater ) in St. Petersburg . Her sports career was ended by an accident at the age of 15.

After finishing school, she attended the University of Shafston in Brisbane , Australia . She continued her studies in philosophy and liberal arts at the University of Milan . Alongside her studies, she began acting. She had her first major role in the television film Amiche Davvero . She moved to Rome and continued her acting career there. She had the first leading role in the film Ferdinando and Carolina , in which she played Maria Karolina von Österreich . Director Lina Wertmüller cast her in a theatrical version of love and anarchy .

In the United States she played a role in the television film The Bible - Jesus . In addition to Italy and the United States, she also shot the film Las 3 Rosas and Mejor que nunca in Spain, among others . In Italy she is the star of the TV series Capri and Capri 2 . For her role there she received the 2008 Roma Fiction Fest award for best actress.

She was best known in Germany for her role in the television series Crossing Lines .

Private life

Gabriella Pession has been in a relationship with Richard Flood , her fellow actor from Crossing Lines , since 2012 . The couple have one child and have been married since 2016.
