Gaby Dietzen

Gaby Dietzen (born May 14, 1951 in Trier ) is a German journalist and television presenter .

Dietzen studied political science and economics at the University of Trier . From 1969 to 1971 she completed a traineeship at the Trierische Landeszeitung . She then worked as an editor for this newspaper until 1974.

Dietzen then worked for SWF radio until 1985 , most recently as deputy head of department. In 1986 she switched to SWF television and worked there for the program Blick ins Land .

From 1990 to 1992 she was the spokesperson for the - first freely elected - black and yellow state government of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in reunified Germany. In 1992 she switched back to television and worked as a presenter on ZDF ( country mirror ) and 3sat ( pictures from Germany ).

Since 1998 she has been employed in various functions at the television broadcaster Phoenix , since 2000 also as a presenter, from 2002 to the end of 2009, among other things, in the talk show PHOENIX Runde .
