The routes of the Galician Transversal Railway

The Galician Transversal Railway was a railway connection established by the Austrian state in Galicia , which ran parallel and south of the Galician Carl Ludwig Railway (CLB).

The Galician Transversal Railway crossed Galicia in a west-east direction from Podgórze (Kraków) to Hussjatyn .

As individual sections of the route already existed, the Austrian state built the remaining routes. The opening of the sections extended between January 1, 1884 and April 8, 1885.
