The Gandrimen ( Norwegian ) is a 26 km long and icy mountain ridge in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the mountains of Sør Rondane it extends west of the Tussebreen . The Nunatakker Gandfluga , Bergekongen and Bergtussen belong to it .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1973 after the name Gand for spells of the seeds .
