Gareloi Island ( aleut. Anangusix̂) is the largest island of the Delarof Islands , a group of islands in the west of the Andreanof Islands , which lie in the southwest of the Aleutian Islands .

The small , uninhabited island belonging to the US state of Alaska has a land area of ​​67 km², is about 9.7 km long and 8 km wide. The center of the island is the 1573 m high active stratovolcano Mount Gareloi .
