Garett Bolles (* 27. May 1992 in Walnut Creek , California ) is an American American football poker players on the position of offensive tackles . In college he played at the University of Utah , which he only attended for a year. He has played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Denver Broncos since 2017 , which selected him as the 20th player in the 2017 NFL Draft .
Early years
Bolles grew up in Lehi , Utah , where he had a difficult childhood of drugs, alcohol and violence. After he had to leave his family, he was adopted. He became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and after high school (Westlake High School in Saratoga Springs, Utah) where he played in various defensive positions, he undertook a two-year missionary trip to Colorado Springs instead of a college education . These events, the creation of a family of his own and the birth of his son Kingston, changed his life radically.
NFL
On May 11, 2017, Bolles signed a four-year contract for a total of $ 11 million with a signing bonus of $ 6.2 million. Since making his debut for the Broncos in week 1 of the 2017 season , he has played every game as a starter.
