Gary Daniels
Gary Daniels (born May 9, 1963 in London ; born Gary Edward Daniels ) is an American actor , film producer and former athlete of British descent.
Life and accomplishments
Daniels, fascinated by Bruce Lee as a child , dedicated himself to kickboxing . He started in a few championships in Great Britain but was disqualified three times. Daniels moved to the United States in 1980, where he competed in numerous fights until 1993 and won the California Championship in the early 1990s .
Daniels made his debut as an actor in the action film Final Reprisal from 1988. He then played in numerous action films in which he often took the lead role, such as American Streetfighter (1992) or Speed Rage (1996), which he also co-produced. In the SF action thriller Epicenter (2000) he played one of the leading roles alongside Traci Lords . His work includes more than 70 productions.
Daniels is married and has five children.
