The Gasthof An der alten Mühle is a listed inn in Klein Schierstedt near Aschersleben in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the center of the village of Klein Schierstedt , which belongs to Aschersleben , at the address Insel 54. To the east, the Insel 53 farm, which is also listed, is adjacent. The Wipper runs north of the property and the Mühlgraben to the south .
History and architecture
The inn emerged from a four-sided manor. The building fabric dates from around 1800, parts from the second half of the 19th century. Noteworthy is a splendid tail gable facing south , which breaks through the row of buildings that is otherwise facing towards the eaves. To the east of the area spanned by the gable is a large gate entrance. The property has a cellar covered by a barrel vault .
Currently (as of 2019) the property is not in operation as an inn.
In the local register of monuments , the inn is listed under registration number 094 17294 as a monument .
