Please note the note on the applicable legal version.

The fee schedule for measures in road traffic (GebOSt) regulates the charging of fees for the activities of the driving license and registration authorities as well as officially recognized experts and examiners (aaSoP) in the field of cost law.

It is an ordinance issued by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure and regularly updated.

Until July 31, 2018, the fees for the assessment bodies for fitness to drive (MPU bodies) were also set by this ordinance. As of August 1, 2018, since the legislature has dispensed with any further national regulation, the assessment bodies can freely set the fees for their activities. ( § 65 Abs. 5 StVG)
