Licensing authority
The Administration is an authority responsible for the approval of things or processes responsible is that a permit require.
General
Items that pose an operational risk may only be placed on the market if the licensing authority has issued an operating license for this. Legal issues

- drug

- Railways

- Motor vehicles and trailers
The motor vehicle registration authority receives an application for registration in accordance with Section 6 (1) FZV and issues a registration certificate Part II. According to Section 8 (1) FZV, it assigns the vehicle an official vehicle registration number to enable the vehicle owner to be identified. According to § 24 FZV, the licensing authority informs the insurer about the allocation of the license plate via data record . - Aircraft

- Environment and radiation protection
The environmental impact assessment is a decision in accordance with Section 26, Paragraph 1 of the UVPG , with which "EIA-subject projects" in Annex 1 to the UVPG are approved. In radiation protection, the competent authority grants the release if the dose criterion for the release is complied with ( Section 33 (1) StrlSchG ), the responsibility of the state authorities is regulated in Section 184 (1) StrlSchG.
In a broader sense, the German Institute for Building Technology ( general building inspection approval ), the local building authority (for building permits ) or the trade offices (for trades requiring a permit ) are also part of the approval authorities. Exceptionally, in the cases of Section 34b Paragraph 1, 3, 4 GewO or Section 34c Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Nos. 1 and 3 GewO or Section 55 Paragraph 2 GewO, a fictitious approval can be assumed if the approval authority fails to do so within three Months ago.
International
