Gebhard Braun

Gebhard Florian Braun (born January 4, 1843 in Retterschen ; † November 8, 1911 in Ravensburg ) was a businessman and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Braun attended Latin school in Tettnang and then embarked on a commercial career in bank wholesaling and factory operations. Between 1869 and 1888 he was the owner of a metal cloth factory in Biberach .

From 1890 to 1903 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Württemberg 16 ( Biberach , Leutkirch , Waldsee , Wangen ) and the German Center Party .
