Geir Botnen
Geir Botnen (born February 27, 1959 in Kvam ) is a Norwegian classical pianist . His repertoire ranges from baroque to modern times and includes Mozart and Beethoven , among others , but he is best known for the piano works by Edvard Grieg and Geirr Tveitt . He has performed as a soloist with a number of Norwegian and international orchestras under conductors such as Alan Gilbert , Arvid Jansons , Dmitri Kitajenko and Edward Serow .
