Ageaus Yme "Gejus" van der Meulen (born January 23, 1903 in Amsterdam , † July 10, 1972 in Haarlem ) was a Dutch football player .
Career
He spent his entire playing career at the Koninklijke HFC in Haarlem , the oldest pure football club in the Netherlands.
In the period from 1924 to 1934 van der Meulen completed 54 international matches in the goal of the Dutch national team . He took part in the Olympic football tournaments of the 1924 and 1928 Games and in the 1934 World Cup in Italy .
From March 3, 1928 to June 21, 1990 he was the record goalkeeper for the Dutch Football Association .
