The General Cup 2013 was a snooker tournament that was held from September 9th to 13th, 2013 at the General Snooker Club in Hong Kong .
In the final, Mark Davis beat defending champion Neil Robertson 7-2. For Davis, this was the second tournament win in a week after his triumph at the 6-Red World Championship .
