Geoff Hignett

Geoff Hignett (actually Geoffrey John Hignett; born October 5, 1950 ) is a former British long jumper .

In 1970 he finished seventh for England at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh . He won bronze at the Universiade .

At the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1971 , he was eliminated from the qualification.

In 1973 he became English champion.
