Georg Albert Hübener

Georg Albert Hübener ( April 9, 1865 in Hamburg - March 21, 1925 in Lübeck ) was a German theater actor and theater manager .

Life

Hübener first devoted himself to the merchant class and worked for four years at the Mendelssohn-Bartholdy bank in Hamburg. But he did not tolerate it in this profession any longer, he took dramatic lessons from August Niemann and took the stage on October 1, 1887 at the Lübeck City Theater. He was then in Zwickau, Bremerhaven, Kissingen and was active in both bon vivant and character roles. On September 1, 1895, Hübener joined the association of the royal theater in Berlin.

He was married from July 12, 1900 to Anna Henriette Ruyter (1872–1952). He died in Lübeck in 1925 and was buried in Hamburg-Ohlsdorf.

Hübener's life after 1902 is unknown.

His will is kept in the Lübeck City Archives.
