Georg Bald

Georg Bald (born September 29, 1903 in Hagen , † July 25, 1944 in Italy ) was a German district administrator .

Live and act

After studying law in Jena and Bonn , Georg Bald was initially a court trainee and in 1930 a court assessor . In 1931 he moved to the city administration of Hagen and one year later became an authorized signatory of Hagener Straßenbahn AG . On June 15, 1933, he received a trial assignment as legal counsel at the Iserlohn district office . On January 1, 1934, he was a government assessor and on April 18, 1934, he was appointed as a district administrator in Meschede. A month later he was acting and from December 15, 1934, the final district administrator of the Meschede district . On September 10, 1936, he was temporarily entrusted with the administration of the Wroclaw District Office and in March 1937, he became the District Administrator of the Wroclaw District . In October 1939, he was referred to the Reich Commissioner for Pricing for temporary employment. In October 1941 he resigned from the Prussian civil service after being appointed Ministerialrat . Soon took part in the fighting of World War II and fell as a captain of the reserve in Italy.

He joined the NSDAP on October 1, 1932 and the SS on March 1, 1933 . In April 1939 he was SS-Untersturmführer . From January 6, 1935, he worked as an NSDAP district judge and was removed from his office in July 1936.
