Georg Fidel Stigler

Georg Fidel Stigler (* around 1798 in Urloffen ; † September 6, 1874 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Georg Fidel Stigler studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg . In 1818 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Freiburg . In 1824 he became a legal trainee and in 1833 an assessor at the Freiburg City Office. From 1836 to 1840 he was a clerk at the Freiburg Landamt and then in Oberkirch . In 1841 he became the official board of the local government of Breisach appointed and in 1844 the bailiff carries. In 1849 he moved to the district office of Ettenheim as a member of the administrative board . From 1855 until his retirement in 1871, he was the head of the Bühl district office .
