Georg Heinrich Berkhan (born October 18, 1794 in Hamburg ; † July 31, 1868 there ) was a German lawyer .

Georg Heinrich Berkhan was the son of Hamburg's chief pastor Georg Heinrich Berkhan (1747–1795). It was 1821 in Goettingen to the Dr. jur. doctorate and, the same year on November 16, as a lawyer admitted in Hamburg. From September 2, 1825, Berkhan was initially a judge and, from September 25, 1835, president of the lower court . He retired in 1861.

Berkhan was a member of the Hamburg citizenship from 1859 to 1861 , as a representative of the lower court.

Georg Heinrich Berkhan is remembered on the left-hand side of the double collecting grave plate Niedergericht / Commercial Court of the Althamburg Memorial Cemetery, Ohlsdorf Cemetery .
