Georg Heinrich Kruhl

Georg Heinrich Kruhl (born March 24, 1798 in Alt Kleppen near Naumburg am Bober ; † March 21, 1870 in Leobschütz ) was a German teacher and politician .

Life

Born the son of a manager, Kruhl studied after attending the Progymnasium in Sagan and the Leopoldinum and Elisabethianum in Breslau from 1819 to 1820 Catholic theology and from 1820 to 1823 philosophy in Breslau. Because of its existing since 1820 a member of the Old Breslauer Burschenschaft Arminia he was in 1822 expelled ; the sentence was lifted again in 1824. After graduating, he worked as a teacher. From 1823 to 1824 he was a private tutor in the family of the Chief President Friedrich Theodor von Marckel. In 1824 he became a teacher at the Catholic high school Leobschütz and from 1830 at the Catholic high school in Breslau. In 1933 he was promoted to Dr. phil. PhD . In 1833 he became a senior teacher and in 1839 director of the Catholic grammar school in Leobschütz. There he became a member of the Prussian National Assembly in the Leobschütz constituency in 1848/49 , in which he belonged to the right-wing center. In 1850 he became a member of the Erfurt Union Parliament . In 1870 he retired.

He married twice. In his second marriage, he married Auguste Gabriel on May 28, 1845 in Leisnitz (* December 4, 1804 in Breslau; † July 8, 1891 in Leobschütz), the daughter of the canellist in the court office of the Princely Monastery of the regulated Augustinian Canons on the sand Wroclaw.
