Georg Kleemann (Author)

Georg Kleemann (born November 14, 1920 in Stuttgart ; † May 29, 1992 ) was a German non-fiction author.

Georg Kleemann was editor and business journalist for the Stuttgarter Zeitung until 1985 . He then worked as a freelance science journalist and editor for the Stuttgarter Zeitung . He is the author of many non-fiction books in the field of biology, prehistory and paleoanthropology. Despite his war injuries, Georg Kleemann was an avid mountaineer. Georg Kleemann campaigned for the Bavarian National Park. Der Spiegel called him a "pioneer of German science journalism".
