Georg Matthias von König
Georg Matthias von König (* 1757 ; † 1825 ) was a Bavarian wholesaler and councilor in Kempten .
Career
König comes from a long-established Kemptner patrician family . After the aristocratic registers of the Kingdom of Bavaria had been created , the family in the person of Georg Matthias was entered in the same on January 29, 1779.
He was councilor in Kempten and from 1818 to 1824 the first mayor after the unification of the imperial city and the collegiate city.
