Georg Völler (life dates unknown) was a German football player .

Career

Voeller belonged to FSV Frankfurt as a midfielder at, for it receives from 1922 bis 1927 in the Football Association of Süddeutsche conducted championships disputed point games. His premier season he played in the district league North Main , then in the more competitive district league Main . While he was a member of the club, he won the district championship once and the district championship four times, the successes of which entitle him to participate in the finals for the South German championship. If his team finished this in 1923 as last place out of five participating teams and in the following year as fifth place out of six participating teams, the next two participations were followed by third place, with which the team was represented in the final round of the German Championship . In 1927 he finished third with his team again, but lost on April 24, 1927 in the playoff for the third participant in the final of the German championship against TSV 1860 Munich with 0-2. But only in the first participation, 1924/25 , he was used in all four games, three of which were only decided in extra time . The successful matches in the last sixteen and quarter-finals were followed by the one played against Hertha BSC in Fürth on May 24, 1925 , in which Robert Pache scored the winning goal to make it 1-0 in the 102nd minute. In the final held on June 7, 1925 in the Frankfurt Waldstadion against 1. FC Nürnberg , this was decided in favor of the "club" by the winning goal scored in the 108th minute by Ludwig Wieder . He played his last two finals in the round of 16 and quarter-finals in the 2-1 victory over BV Altenessen 06 on May 16, 1926 in Frankfurt and in the 8-2 defeat against Hertha BSC a fortnight later in Nuremberg.
