George Hill ( George Leroy Hill; born April 17, 1901 in Lansford , Pennsylvania , † January 18, 1992 in Mannington , New Jersey ) was an American sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Rome in 1924, he was fourth over 200 m in 22.0 s.
