George Kelbel (born August 6, 1992 ) is a German-Ghanaian soccer player .

Career

Kelbel played for Hamburger SV from 2004 . From the 2010/11 season he was part of the reserve team. He was a regular player in the 2012/13 season. At the end of this season, he often scored the decisive goal that helped HSV to gain points and thus keep them up. Nevertheless, he did not receive a new contract. After three months without a club, he was signed by third division Holstein Kiel in October 2013 . There, however, he could not prevail and was not a single time in the third division starting XI in 2013/14 . His contract expired on June 30, 2014 and he moved to regional league team Goslarer SC 08 . There he scored ten goals in the 2014/15 season. For the 2015/16 season Kelbel moved to the Berliner AK , which he left for the Regionalliga Nord for TSV Havelse during the winter break .

In the 2016/17 season , Kelbel played for SK Hansa from Lüneburg .

For the 2017/18 season , Kelbel moved to TSG Neustrelitz .

For the 2018/19 season , Kelbel joined the third division relegated Rot-Weiß Erfurt .
