George Kitchin (engraver)

George Kitchin (also George Kitchen ; * in the 18th century , † in the 19th century ) was an English engraver and book illustrator .

Life

George Kitchen mainly created book illustrations and "[...] funny vignettes ", but also maps. He is sometimes associated with Thomas Kitchen , who worked mainly as a map engraver during around the same period of his career , and to whom he may also have been related.
