George James Kunz (* 5 July 1944 in Fort Sheridan , Illinois ) is a former American American football poker players on the position of offensive tackles . He played in his career with the Atlanta Falcons and the Baltimore Colts in the National Football League (NFL).

Early years

Kunz went to high school in Los Angeles . He later went to Notre Dame University , where he also played for the college football team as a right tackle and tight end .

NFL

Kunz was selected second in the first round of the 1969 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons . In his first season he was elected to the Pro Bowl . He was also elected to the Pro Bowl seven more times in a row between 1971 and 1977. For the 1975 season he moved to the Baltimore Colts , where he ended his career in 1980. In total, Kunz played 129 games in the NFL.
