George Morgan (born February 7, 1993 ) is a retired British tennis player from England . He won the doubles competition at the 2011 Wimbledon Championships in junior competition and the Orange Bowl for under-18s in singles in 2010.
Career
George Morgan celebrated his greatest successes especially in the junior area. At the end of his junior career, he had a record of 81:41 (74:33 in doubles). His greatest successes were winning the double competition (together with Mate Pavić ) at the Grand Slam in Wimbledon 2011, as well as winning the unofficial Junior World Championship in 2010, the Orange Bowl .
His appearances at future and challenge level were less successful . In 2011 he won his only tournament in the Future series in singles. He won five titles in the doubles competition. In Challenger tournaments, however, he was unsuccessful. In 2012 he qualified with Lewis Burton for the main draw of the doubles competition at Wimbledon , where the two were eliminated in the first round. In 2014 he ended his career.
