Georges Ndoum

Georges Ndoum (born July 31, 1985 , occasionally also spelled N'Doum ) is a Cameroonian football player .

Career

The central defender played for Borussia Mönchengladbach's second team until July 2004 before moving to Italy . He joined the US Vibonese Calcio there, where he stayed for a season. In summer 2005 he moved to KFC Uerdingen 05 .

After a season he left Krefeld in the summer of 2006 and was initially without a contract. In December 2006, Ndoum joined the second team of MSV Duisburg . On September 22, 2007 he was appointed by coach Rudi Bommer in the Bundesliga squad for the game against Hansa Rostock . The Cameroonian made his Bundesliga debut on September 25, 2007 against FC Schalke 04 , when he came into the game in stoppage time for the injured Fernando . On October 19, 2007 he made his starting XI debut and played 90 minutes against Energie Cottbus . But it remained his only two missions in the 2007/08 Bundesliga season. For the 2008/09 season he moved to AC Horsens in Denmark, where he only stayed until December 2008. From summer 2009 he first played for FC Wegberg-Beeck in the NRW League , followed by relegation to the Association League in 2011. After three years at FC Wegberg, N'doum moved to TuS Bösinghoven in June 2012 . He now plays for the district division Germania Kückhoven .

On September 9, 2007 Ndoum completed his first game for the U-23 national team of Cameroon against Morocco . In the 3-2 win, he scored the decisive goal.
