Gerd Forster

Gerd Forster (born March 8, 1935 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein ) is a German writer .

Life

Gerd Forster attended high school in Alzey and then studied music , philosophy and German at the University of Heidelberg from 1955 to 1961 . After that he was a teacher at a grammar school in Kaiserslautern until 1998.

Gerd Forster is the author of novels , short stories and poems ; he also translates from French . He was part of the editorial team of the Palatinate cultural magazine Chaussee and edited the literary magazine Formation from 1976 to 1982 .

Gerd Forster is a member of the Association of German Writers , the Palatinate Literary Association and the Kaiserslautern authors' group. He lives in Eulenbis .
