Gerhard Aden
Gerhard Christian Aden (born June 12, 1947 in Delmenhorst ) is a German politician (FDP / DVP). From 2016 to 2018 he was a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament .
Life
Aden began to study human medicine at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen . In 1969 he was reciprocated in the Corps Franconia Tübingen . As an inactive , he moved to the University of Cologne , the University of Vienna and the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel . With an ophthalmological doctoral thesis he was awarded a Dr. med. PhD. Since 1981 he has been practicing as an ophthalmologist in Rottweil . He is the chief surgeon of the reserve.
politics
Gerhard Aden is a member of the FDP Baden-Württemberg . Until 2018 he was district chairman in the Rottweil district . From 1999 to 2013 he was a member of the Rottweil municipal council, most recently as parliamentary group leader. He has held a mandate in the district council of the Rottweil district since 2004 and is parliamentary group chairman there.
In the state elections in Baden-Württemberg in 2016 , he was elected to the state parliament via the second mandate in the state constituency of Rottweil .
On February 12, 2017, Gerhard Aden was a member of the Federal Assembly for the election of the German Federal President in 2017 .
He resigned his state parliament mandate on November 12, 2018. Daniel Karrais is the successor to the state parliament .
He was a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the House of History Baden-Württemberg .
