Gerhard Bleimüller

Gerhard Bleimüller (born October 25, 1948 in Bayreuth ) is a German pharmacist and food chemist. As a medical officer (pharmacist) he was in the rank of general pharmacist from April 1, 2004 to October 31, 2010, as a stage manager in the military pharmacy of the Bundeswehr . Before that he was head of department in the management staff of the medical service .

Bleimüller studied pharmacy and food chemistry at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and received his doctorate there in 1980 in the field of pharmaceutical technology. Among other things, he is a member of the examination board of the North Rhine Chamber of Pharmacists and of the German Society for Disaster Medicine (DGKM).

In his position as the highest-ranking pharmacist in the armed forces , he was followed by the pharmacist and food chemist Wolfgang Ackermann , previously head of division in the Federal Ministry of Defense.
