Gerhard Lutz (folklorist)
Gerhard Lutz (born December 9, 1927 in Hof ; † February 25, 2020 in Hamburg ) was a German folklorist .
Life
After receiving his doctorate in Würzburg on December 15, 1954 and his habilitation in Göttingen in 1972, he taught from 1975 to 1993 as a professor of German antiquity and folklore in Hamburg .
