Gerhard Wagner (Author)
Gerhard Wagner (* 1954 in Siegen ) is a German non-fiction author .
Wagner studied German and history at the University of Marburg for teaching at grammar schools. After passing the first and second state examinations , from 1986 to 2001 he was a full-time employee of the Marburg cultural center "KFZ", which he co-founded. Since 2001 he has been the managing director of the German Castle Association and lives on the Marksburg . His books on idioms from the Bible, antiquity and the Middle Ages are bestsellers.
