The German Peninsula ( Bulgarian полуостров Герман poluostrow German ) is a 15.9 km long, 11.4 km wide and mountainous peninsula on the Fallières coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located between the Bourgeois Fjord in the north and west and the Dogs Leg Fjord in the south and extends between Thomson Head in the north and Bottrill Head in the southwest.

British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the town of German in western Bulgaria .
