Gerrit Pietersz Bicker (* 1554 in Amsterdam ; † 1604 there ) was a wealthy patrician of the city of Amsterdam.

Gerrit came from the important Bicker family . He was born the son of the brewer and Amsterdam envoy in Danzig, Pieter Bicker (1522–1585) and Lijsbeth Banninck. His brothers were Laurens Bicker , Jacob (1581-1626) and Dieuwer Jacobs (1584-1641). Gerrit married Aleyd Andriesdr Boelens Loen , descended from Andries Boelens , in 1580 and was the father of the politicians Johan , Andries , Cornelis and Jacob Bicker. His brother-in-law was Mayor Jan Claes Boelens . In 1585 he was one of the richest entrepreneurs in Amsterdam. Gerrit Bicker lived in a town house on Oudezijds Achterburgwal and later on Niezel .

Gerrit Bicker became a Vroedschap member in the Amsterdam city government in 1590 . In 1594 he appeared as one of the founders and directors of the Compagnie van Verre . The following year he set up the Compagnie van Guinee together with his brother Laurens . In 1600 he sold his brewery and two years later he was one of the first to invest 21,000 guilders in the newly established Dutch East India Company . Gerrit Bicker was also one of the first traders to sail the White Sea . In 1603 he was appointed mayor of Amsterdam; the following year he appeared on behalf of the city as Ambachtsherr von Amstelveen and Nieuwer-Amstel.
